1. Sponsor
This Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by VERANO HILL JEWELRY INC., located at
4170 Still Creek Drive Burnaby, British Columbia V5C 6C6 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (whichever is greater) at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion consists of one (1) entry periods:

Entry Period: Begins at 00:00 AM EST on June 13, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on June 15, 2025
All times are Eastern Standard Time (EST).
4. How to Enter
a) Purchase Entry
Any eligible customer who completes a purchase on veranohill.com during the Entry Period after clicking through an email or SMS message sent directly from Verano Hill Jewelry Inc. as part of the Anniversary Giveaway promotion will automatically receive one (1) entry into the corresponding prize draw.
Purchases made through other channels (including organic website visits, paid advertising, affiliate links, or any other source not specified above) will not qualify for entry.
b) No Purchase Necessary Entry
To enter without making a purchase, send a legible, hand-written postcard or letter including your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the applicable Entry Period and received by June 20, 2025.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per Entry Period. Mechanically reproduced, bulk, or automated entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.
5. Prizes
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.
Each Grand Prize consists of:

A estimated $2,500 USD travel credit (in the form of a voucher, booking service, or equivalent, at Sponsor’s discretion) to be used for an all-inclusive holiday to Mexico.
OR -
$2,500 USD in cash (awarded by direct payment, transfer, or equivalent — winner’s choice)
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,500 USD
Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be offered except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Prize will be delivered within 30 days of winner verification.
All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from all eligible entries received for each Entry Period.

Notification: Winners will be contacted via email and/or phone within five (5) business days of drawing.
Canadian residents must correctly answer a skill-testing question (without assistance) to be declared a winner.
Winners must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within seven (7) business days of notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
