We bieden zes maanden garantie tegen fabricagefouten en vakmanschap. Al onze producten worden nauwkeurig geïnspecteerd voordat ze worden verzonden. Maar in het zeldzame geval dat je artikel aankomt met een defect, kun je hier contact met ons opnemen en helpen we je graag om je artikel te vervangen/repareren.

Wij betalen de verzendkosten!

Als de garantie op uw product is goedgekeurd, nemen wij het hele verzendproces voor onze rekening, vanaf het moment dat u het product naar ons verzendt tot het moment dat wij het naar u terugsturen.

Wij behouden ons het recht voor om de garantie te laten vervallen op elk item dat modificatie, misbruik of schade vertoont buiten normale slijtage, zoals beoordeeld door onze juweliers
